Who is responsible
DILEMMIX is operated by GLAUDIX SRL, registered in Romania under J15/720/2017, tax ID 37652364, with registered office at Strada Transilvaniei, Nr. 4, Târgoviște, Județ Dâmbovița, România. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@dilemmix.app.
Data we use
We collect only the categories of personal data reasonably needed to provide, secure and improve DILEMMIX.
- Account data, such as email address, player/display name and sign-in information.
- Game and service data, such as progress, settings, unlocked content, gameplay activity and information needed for multiplayer or social features you use.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser/device information and security signals needed to deliver and protect the service.
- Product measurement data, such as how DILEMMIX features, packs and purchase flows are used, general device/language information, approximate country and how users discover DILEMMIX. For signed-in users, some measurement may be linked to the account or a pseudonymous identifier so we can understand product performance over time. We do not use precise location, browser fingerprinting, raw search queries, room PINs, dilemma text or player answers for product analytics.

Why we use it
We process data to provide accounts and gameplay, save progress, operate multiplayer features, keep the service secure, respond to requests and understand whether the product works well.
Depending on the processing and applicable law, our legal bases include performance of the service requested by you, our legitimate interests in security, service reliability and proportionate product improvement where those interests are not overridden by your rights, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent for optional third-party analytics or advertising-related storage where consent is required.
Services we rely on
DILEMMIX uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security, and Google Firebase for services such as Authentication, Firestore and App Check. DILEMMIX also uses privacy-minimised first-party product measurement in the game without creating a persistent browser analytics identifier. On the presentation website, Google Analytics uses Consent Mode: Analytics storage is denied by default and becomes granted only if you allow it; while denied, limited cookieless measurement pings may be sent. These providers may process data in countries outside the EEA under the transfer mechanisms they make available for their services.
We do not give these providers permission to use DILEMMIX account or gameplay data for purposes unrelated to providing their contracted services, except where a provider acts independently under its own legal obligations or privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
DILEMMIX uses browser storage that is necessary for functions such as sessions, preferences and game state. Optional third-party analytics or advertising-related storage is used only in line with your choices and applicable law. You can change analytics choices from the website footer.
Before you make a choice, DILEMMIX loads the Google Analytics tag with Consent Mode set to analytics storage denied and all advertising consent states denied. In that state Google Analytics does not read or write Analytics cookies and sends limited cookieless measurement pings. If you allow Analytics, analytics storage changes to granted and Analytics cookies may be used for fuller measurement. This website control applies only to Analytics and does not grant advertising consent. Advertising-related consent is handled separately when advertising is enabled.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing your account, security, support and legal obligations. Account-linked product-measurement records use inactivity-based retention limits, with some records expiring earlier and player-insight records generally limited to up to 365 days without relevant activity. Data linked to an account is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed and, where applicable, when the account is deleted. Aggregate statistics that no longer identify or link a player may be kept longer. Provider and security logs follow applicable operational, legal and provider retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

You can delete your DILEMMIX account directly in the game from Settings → Data Management → Danger Zone Actions → Delete Account. Instructions and an alternative request method are available at https://dilemmix.app/en/account-deletion. Account deletion removes personal data that remains linked to the account; anonymous or aggregated community statistics that can no longer be linked back to you may be retained.
Age and changes
DILEMMIX is intended for users aged 16 and over. If the law in your country requires a higher age or parental/guardian authorization to use an online service or consent to personal-data processing, that rule applies.
We may update this notice when DILEMMIX, its providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
