Delete directly in DILEMMIX
Open DILEMMIX and go to Settings → Data Management → Danger Zone Actions → Delete Account. Review the confirmation message and confirm the deletion.
For security, you may be asked to sign in again before a sensitive account action can be completed.
What is deleted
Deleting the account removes personal account data that remains linked to you, including where applicable:
- The Firebase Authentication account and its sign-in identifiers, such as the email address and linked sign-in provider.
- The DILEMMIX profile, saved progress, settings, account-level game history, unlocks and other account state tied to your user ID.
- User-specific vote, session, social or similar records that still identify your account are deleted or irreversibly anonymised where appropriate.
What can remain
Deleting an account does not remove anonymous or aggregated community statistics that can no longer be linked back to the deleted account. For example, a dilemma may keep its total number of A and B answers so community percentages remain accurate.
We may also retain limited information where retention is required by law, or where strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Such information is not kept simply to continue the deleted account.
If you cannot access the game
Send an account-deletion request to contact@dilemmix.app, preferably from the email address associated with the DILEMMIX account. Do not send your password.
We may request limited information needed to verify that the request concerns your account before completing the deletion.
Privacy questions and data access
If you want to know what personal data is linked to your account instead of deleting it, email contact@dilemmix.app. Where applicable, you can also request a copy of personal data covered by your legal access or portability rights.
