Operator and acceptance
DILEMMIX is operated by GLAUDIX SRL, J15/720/2017, tax ID 37652364, Strada Transilvaniei, Nr. 4, Târgoviște, Județ Dâmbovița, România. By using dilemmix.app or play.dilemmix.app, you agree to these terms and applicable law.
Age
DILEMMIX is intended for users aged 16 and over. If your local law requires a higher age or parental/guardian authorization, you may use the service only when that requirement is met.
Accounts and use
You can use parts of DILEMMIX without a registered account. If you create an account, keep your access credentials secure and provide information you are entitled to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Do not use DILEMMIX to break the law, harass others, interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, automate abusive requests, scrape content at scale, impersonate others, or copy/distribute DILEMMIX content commercially without permission.
Game content
DILEMMIX dilemmas, prompts, results and statistics are provided for entertainment and conversation. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and game outcomes should not be treated as factual assessments of a person.
Paid features, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Where DILEMMIX offers a paid feature or plan, the price, billing interval and whether it renews automatically must be shown before purchase. A recurring plan continues at the stated interval until it is cancelled through the controls or payment channel available for that purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals; access already paid for normally continues until the end of the current billing period unless applicable law or the payment provider requires a different result.
Refund eligibility depends on mandatory consumer law and the payment channel used for the transaction. Nothing in these terms limits statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. For billing, cancellation or refund help, contact contact@dilemmix.app.
Any virtual coins or digital unlocks offered by DILEMMIX have no cash value outside the service and are not transferable unless DILEMMIX expressly states otherwise. Entitlements may be corrected or withdrawn following a refund, chargeback, duplicate transaction, fraud or security correction.
Intellectual property
DILEMMIX, its branding, interface, original dilemma content and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Availability and enforcement
We may change, maintain, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may restrict or terminate access when an account is used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently or in a way that threatens the service or other users. We will apply mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
Liability
We take reasonable care in operating DILEMMIX, but online services can experience errors, interruptions or third-party failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLAUDIX SRL is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing mandatory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country. We may update the terms when the service or legal requirements change; the current revision date appears above.
